His G G Grandfather was George Cecil, in the East India Company. He was a ward of the Rt. Hon. Francis Jack, Viscount Newry and Morne which is why I have included Ireland.
We cannot find who his father was but have found out that he had a previous family to my husbands ancestors and had three children:
Jane Needham Cecil Born 23 December 1833
Mary Needham Cecil Born 21 March 1836
Jack Needham Cecil Born 22 October 1837
