The Commemorative Biographical Record of Northeastern Pennsylvania, including the counties of Susquehanna, Wayne, Pike and Monroe contains biographical sketches of prominent and representative citizens and many of the early settled families. This work was published by J. H. Beers & Co., Chicago, 1900 and consists of more than two thousand pages of local history and family history for many individuals. Additionally the work includes numerous portraits of some of the persons who were prominent citizens of the area.<br><br>DistantCousin is an online archive of genealogy records and scanned images of historical documents from a wide variety of sources, such as newspaper obituaries, city directories, census records, ship lists, school yearbooks, military records, and more.
